Baking typically happens on Mondays and Thursdays. I try to bake and ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. However, please remember that there's really only one person baking and fulfilling orders, so it might take slightly longer to get the order processed and shipped. Orders placed after 12p ET on Thursday will be baked and shipped by the following Tuesday.
However, if you actually need the goods by a certain date, please just email or call and I'll try to make it happen.
Due to the warm weather, delivery is via UPS - either Next Day Air Saver (overnight) or 2nd Day Air, both guaranteed delivery - or USPS Prioirty Mail (2-3 day average delivery). Overnight is encouraged as everything is super fresh and baked-to-order. If you live in Manhattan, have your macaroons delivered straight to your door (or to your doorman) for $10.
